This User-Generated Content Policy (“Policy”) governs the submission of comments, testimonials, reviews, images, or other materials (“Content”) to https://helpdeskme.com operated by Help Desk Me (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Ownership and Rights

By submitting Content, you confirm that you are the owner of the material or have the necessary permissions to submit it. You grant Help Desk Me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your Content in connection with our services and marketing. You are solely responsible for the Content you submit. Help Desk Me disclaims any liability for Content posted by users. If you believe your rights have been infringed upon by another user’s Content, please notify us at sofia.sterling88@gmail.com.

6. Reporting Violations

We encourage all users to help maintain a respectful environment on https://helpdeskme.com. Suspected violations of this Policy should be reported immediately to sofia.sterling88@gmail.com.
