Refund Policy

At Help Desk Me, we strive to deliver the best possible customer experience. As a subscription-based SaaS platform, our services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Free Trial: New customers may test HelpDeskMe during the free trial period before committing to a paid plan.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After this period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the billing term.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of service disruptions caused by issues on our side.
