Wéi Xìng Yùn

Wéi Xìng Yùn, whose name translates to “Very Lucky,” is the Founder, Visionary & Chief Innovation Officer of HelpDeskMe. Before establishing HelpDeskMe, Wéi built a distinguished career in the technology and customer service industries. He spent over two decades working with some of the world’s most recognized companies, including: Microsoft – where he served as a Global Support Operations Manager, leading cross-regional teams that optimized customer support for enterprise clients. IBM – as a Customer Experience Strategist, he spearheaded digital transformation projects, integrating AI and automation into client support systems. Salesforce – working as a Director of Customer Success Solutions, he helped design scalable cloud-based support infrastructures, directly influencing enterprise adoption strategies. With this wealth of experience, Wéi identified a critical gap: smaller and mid-sized businesses lacked affordable, intuitive helpdesk platforms with enterprise-level capabilities. In 2022, he founded HelpDeskMe with the mission to democratize advanced support systems and empower businesses of all sizes to deliver world-class service. Today, Wéi leads HelpDeskMe with a focus on innovation, international expansion, and seamless integration of AI-driven support. His leadership philosophy emphasizes blending technology with empathy, ensuring that every customer interaction feels both efficient and human.
